This February, the Fairfield Health Department has challenged all local health departments in the state to participate in doing a “Hands-Only CPR Challenge”. This is a collective challenge to see how many people we can get to watch a Hand-Only CPR video either for the first time or as a refresher.
Below is Google Forms survey with embedded English, Spanish and Mandarin videos and the two questions:
1. Is this the first time or a refresher view?
2. What town do you live in.
