Board of Assessment Appeals
The Ridgefield Board of Assessment Appeals will meet at 400 Main Street, Town Hall, lower level, tentatively, in March 2026 to hear those persons claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the Assessor for Real Estate, Motor Vehicle, and Personal Property assessments on the October 1, 2025 Grand List.
An application must be filled out in writing, in its entirety and in the Assessor's office no later than Friday, February 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. for those persons requesting a hearing.
Applications are available in the Assessor's Office.
