With great sadness we said good-bye to Ridgefield’s Emergency Management Director, Dick Aarons, on December 11, 2025. Dick worked in the Town’s Emergency Management Department for 25 years and was an integral part of growing the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), the Office of Emergency Management, and Ridgefield Alerts. He will be greatly missed.
